I forgot to mention that I’m on F20 BIOS (never had any issues with it)

also I upgraded from Big Sur, not a fresh install

I have F20 BIOS. F21 is available, but I am waiting for a brave soul to try it first.
BIOS setting is the same with exception of Vt-d. It is Enabled (I am running VMware Fusion 12-Pro) and I couldn't find the Initial Display Output setting in the IOPorts tab, though my GPU is in slot 1.

Interesting...both of you have BIOS F20 and your Intel I-225V Ethernet port is working. I'll try this shortly. Fortunately, OpenCore 0.7.5 due as early as tomorrow allows "Resizable BAR Support" to be enabled in BIOS without affecting macOS.

Interesting...both of you have BIOS F20 and your Intel I-225V Ethernet port is working. I'll try this shortly. Fortunately, OpenCore 0.7.5 due as early as tomorrow allows "Resizable BAR Support" to be enabled in BIOS without affecting macOS.

I do not use Ethernet ports. Thanks to your guide, I have WiFi in my Hackintosh for the first time. I am using YOUBO Dual Band WiFi BCM94360C and have very good BT and WiFi.

Can give a try. Will be faster than Big Sur clean install, upgrade to Monterey and then migration assist.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but even with BIOS F20 the Intel I-225V Ethernet port does not connect in Monterey.

Update from me: No success getting Intel I-225V Ethernet port in Monterey. Upgraded to Monterey from working Big Sur partition, Bios F20, AppleVTD enabled, no device-id I've tried worked.
