Please be more specific than "I can't the Nvidia GTX 1060 [to] run with Web Drivers." Is the problem you select the Nvidia drivers in the Nvidia System Preferences pane, and the setting doesn't hold across the reboot?

Exactly! Across the reboot, default drivers is selected

Thanks for the answer, I already tried it but as soon as I install the EmuVariableUEFI64, I get a black screen at startup

Clover v4243 => The system gives a black screen but works correctly, the monitor shows nothing but the system is accessible remotely. Share screen, team viewer etc ...

If you used MultiBeast to configure your system including the audio, then you need to run MultiBeast again just selecting your two audio items. See MacMan's Please Note section, 2nd paragraph, in the MultiBeast for Sierra announcement.

Thank you very much,
I just follow this guide with almost the same components (I just use a different GPU, a Geforce 680 2GbDDR5 and another cooling system, a Noctua NH-D14 since I already had this pieces). It works great.
I follow the guide for audio. Audio works with external speakers. It doesn't work with HDMI but I didn't use that.
I just have to fix iMessage by following the guide.
App store, iCloud and iTunes work great. I've also installed Photoshop and lLightroom and that's good.
