So i boot up mac os x mavericks and it passes the apple loading screen then screen turns off and displays "Frequency Out Of Range", But i know for sure the USB is still active and reading files because the light is flashing. I tried booting with GraphicsEnabler=Yes and -x still no luck.

If someone can give me some idea it would be really helpful
Thank You

Boot with -v -x GraphicsEnabler=Yes and make sure your monitor is connected to hdmi or dvi

yeah I was using hdmi, still same issue

monitor is gateway 21.5inch 1080p led

support VGA hdmi and dvi

model number : FHX2152L

Hi! Do you fix it? I have the same issue

Have you added your monitor's resolution to org.chameleon.Boot.plist?
Drive/Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist

Example
<key>Graphics Mode</key>
<string>2560x1440x32</string>
