I was successfully installed Yosemite 10.10.1 but the problem is every time random freeze (kind of: cursor pointer/keyboard on white screen, cursor pointer/keyboard on black screen or no cursor pointer in the black screen no display) in the between apple logo and Login Window while there was progress bar in the left-bottom corner.

Here my specs:
-ASUS P8Z77-V LX
-Intel i7-3770 3.4ghz
-Geforce GT640
-16GB Kingston HyperX
-1 HDD

and did installed from multibeast 7.1.1:
-Realtek ALCxxx > ALC887/888b Current v100302
-NullCPUPowerManagement
-VoodooTSCSync 4 Core
-RealtekRTL81xx v0.0.90
-USB 3.0 - NEC/Renesas D720200 controller (From Multibeast 4.6.1 - Lion Edition)
-Chimera 4.0.1

boot with kernel flags: "kext-dev-mode=1 npci=0x2000 dart=0"

Everytime okay with shutdown and restart but very rare can enter login window.

anyone know?

Hello alienx2.

Just wondering if you had Logitech's LCC installed when you had this problem (or if you sorted it)?

After much faff trying to troubleshoot, I reckon that specific driver was causing me the same problem. I've not yet tried out slightly older versions of that driver but I have noticed a fair bit of fuss on some of the logitech forums because there isn't a version of LCC for 10.10.

I also had a sound issue where it cut out intermitantly but resolved that thanks to the forums. Turns out the internl speakers weren'ta good default option because sound would stutter which turns out it was trying to find a different port. I did an extra multibeast install which enabled a line-out which works perfectly.

All's grand except a sensitive mouse. There are some other drivers available but they mess with my tablet (graphics variety).

Anyway, thought I'd post in case it helps anyone.
