Yes, there is a way. Just install Clover into your HDD and remove the /Extra folder once you get Clover working.
I Ended up using carbon copy cloner and did it that way but Chimera does not make a recovery partition so I recommend using the clover usb if you made one and reinstalling on top of your existing yosemite install. That way it will not get rid of you data. You will have to reinstall your audio and trim using multibeast and a couple account settings are changed. But in doing this it lets you use key chain and find my mac. Follow these steps if you have the clover usb. After the initial install enter back into the usb and let it do its thing once completed choose terminal and use diskutil list to see if it made a recovery partition should be disk1s3 or what ever your hd is numbered
/dev/disk1
#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: GUID_partition_scheme *120.0 GB disk1
1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB disk1s1
2: Apple_HFS Yosemite Clover 119.2 GB disk1s2
3: Apple_Boot Recovery HD 650.0 MB disk1s3
