First hackintosh, need help with compatibility and installination, please

I am new to hackintosh and wanted to install mac osx on my PC here is the config-
Core i7 4790k
MSI guard pro
kingston hyperx 8gb
gtx 970 zotac
CMSTORM Keyboard mouse
LG ultrawide 2560x1080 25" display
samsung ssd 128gb( which has windows installed already and I dont want to delete anything)
HDD 1tb segate( in which I partioned about 300gb of space for mac os)

I am looking to install any version of mac which will be really easy to install without any bugs and troubles but latest version is always preferred.

Use iBoot Haswell burned to a CD (available from downloads) with a Retail copy of Snow Leopard which is available from Apple.

The idea is to use iBoot with Snow Leopard DVD. Update to 10.6.8 and then you have access to download Yosemite from the Mac App Store. Create the USB installer and install Yosemite to your hardware using the 10.10. guide:

It will be illegeal but what if I download this through t*****t before just to try it out and then purchase the real version which is not very costly.

Also yosemite can be directly upgraded after snow leopard? Also it says yosemite is free in apple store, so is it the one i want?
