I have found a solution for my earlier Ethernet problem but I have to do this code every time when I want to shut down the computer and I'm getting tired of it...
The problem was that my Ip from Ethernet was a fake IP address and it started with a 169 number.
Here is where I've found my earlier solution and the code to fix it -> http://inderpreetsingh.com/2010/04/07/hackintosh-doesnt-connect-via-ethernet/
When I paste that piece of code in terminal my Ethernet works after the reboot, but I want this to be an automatic process and not manually doing it over and over again.
Can you guys help me with this!

AWESOME!

Ought to be easy, try this:
1. start Automator.app
2. Select "Application"
3. Then type "Run shell script" in the search bar and double click it
4. Copy&paste your script into the window
5. Save it somewhere, I would suggest you put it in the "Applications", it should become an .app6.
6. Go to System Preferences -> Users & Groups -> Login items and add the newly created app.

It should automatically execute the command at login

But maybe it's a better idea to find out why your original mac address isn't working for you, if you could tells us some details about your setup etc.
