El capitan USB issues - possible fix.

USB3 has been disabled in bios since I upgraded to El Capitan, but I never had issues with sleep until I installed the USB3 card mentioned in my original post.

It is the addition of the Inateck card that caused this problem.

Its most likely caused by disabling USB 3 in the BIOS. Remove HUB0 injection in DSDT.

I would add an ACPI identity for the Inatek PCIe USB3 card... that way you can see if it is the cause.

I would add it to the DSDT. Have you downloaded the DSDT from this site?

Yeah when I first built my rig. Its been a long while how would I make these edits and changes to dsdt?

Which BIOS version do you have? Note if youve done a BIOS update you will need to re-patch DSDT.

It can be done by adding an SSDT to ACPI/patched. You would need to provide more information (ioreg and native DSDT/SSDTs) to get a more specific answer.

Wouldn't you not recommend not injecting via SSDT when a Injection is taking place via a patched DSDT? USB 3 is most likely being injected via the patched DSDT.
