Eglobal S200 Nuc Intel i7 8750H / Mini PC Compatible?

Thanks for your quick response @Amateur85.
I will try again with clover using what you said above. If it doesn't work I'll try OC as it seems to be working fine for you and since you have the same machine, it should work on mine. Only question is can I keep the windows install that I already have on a second partition or will I lose Windows when using OC ?

Thanks again :)
Hi,

No problem, don't forget to fill in serials and SMBIOS in de OC config. You can use the ones you use at the moment. I think you will need to resize the EFI when you already have windows installed. If you have windows installed the EFI will be smaller than 200MB, which MacOS requires. So that's why it is advised to install MacOs first on multi-boot system. When you install MacOs now, it will not overwrite the EFI I believe so you need to resize it manually. you can google on it, I'm not an expert since I don't have a multiboot system.

Hi,

Finally !! :) I installed Mojave with Dual Boot with Windows on Clover (It seems that we still can't have a dual boot on the same drive with OC). I used the attached EFI, but I am missing bluetooth (I know wifi won't work unless I change the wifi card with Mac compatible one).
To finalise the installation and create my serials I need internet (I can't use ethernet right now) so I need bluetooth.

Do you know how to solve this please?

Thank you

I’ve dual boot, also. Macos+Linux
I noticed, whenever I boot into Linux and come back to macos, Bluetooth stops working. Now, I know how to make Bluetooth work on macos. Shutdown the pc, pull out the power cable, pull in again and boot into macos, voila, Bluetooth is working again. ;)

Unfortunately, that didn't work :(

Maybe I'm missing something in my build?

Actually to be more clear, I don't even see bluetooth in my system preferences

Hi there and thank you... this is a nice thread. I played around with some of the files of this thread and actually got the s200 with an i7-9850H up and running on Catalina and Mojave on SATA SSD. When I tried to move from SATA SSD to NVME I get below IGPU error messages with attached EFI in Catalina. I could install and run Mojave though on NVME with the same EFI.

Good to have you around! The more the better :) I had the same error, framebuffer patch needed! Did you used my latest efi? I’ll check yours, when I have time.

SUCCESS - I checked your EFI again and tried a few options. The iMac setting didn't work with Catalina but Mac mini is working fine now. With attached EFI I can boot Catalina and Mojave from NVME. Did the installation via DisplayPort and now it's running with UHD and multi screen (UHD on DP and HD on HDMI).

Nice! Good to hear. Maybe because iMac has integrated screen?!

did you make any changes related to 9th gen intel? Some people having problems with the newer CPU’s, so they can use your efi
