Editing bootflags

Hey All
The hack works fine when I boot with the PCIRootUID=0 flag, but its kind of annoying typing it in every time I start up.
I have tried previously to edit the org.chameleon.plist, but it wont let me save the edited copy, and now I'm having trouble even finding that. I know it should be in the /Extras folder?
Is this a permissions issue?

Yeah, I think I encountered the same issue also. All I did was right click on the file and went to Get Info and changed the permissions. It was set as Read only, even for me as the admin.
