DSTD Download for Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3

Hello Folks I'm using [h=1]Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 and Intel Core i5-4670 (socket 1150)[/h]
I'm not an experienced mac OS builder I was watching a Youtube video where the guy said you need to download DSDT for my specific motherboard. But when clicked DSDT link it only does not show socket 1150 motherboards such as i'm using Z87 series.

Please advise me to which DSDT one should i download

Back in the olden days of running OS X on PC hardware a DSDT was one of these things that was required. Now however we have UEFI type BIOS which is easier to use and less work is required in getting most boards to work. In short there is little to be gained to using a DSDT these days unless you have particular issues that can be overcome by using a DSDT. Some builds may require a DSDT as an option to get working HDMI audio working.

In short and on your hardware you do not need a DSDT. What I recommend that you do is use the information on this site to see what you do to get OS X running smoothly on your hardware. Put your motherboard model no. into the search box and hit [RETURN]. You will get an number of threads using the same board. The guides section is useful too.
