CustoMac Pro hardware ready for OS X/win10 Dual-Boot, but it has a problem

ok, so, I bought all the pieces of my custom pc to be Mac OS X compatible, but when I have it, I can not do all the process to install it because of timing in my job.
So I install Windows and all the programs to my workflow.
but now, I don't know where to start:

My actual setup is
-I7 8700k
-Z370 Aorus Gaming 7
-MSI 1080ti Gaming X Trio

I only have 2 drives:
-1 SSD 1t (already with windows)
-1 HDD 2t

I already try to install OSX, but Clover Verbose show the data from the USB stop charging...

Recommendations?

Try using a different USB port if you have not already. Make sure your bios settings are correct:
