CPU Panic after trying to start OS X (Gigabyte Z97X-UD5H, i7 4790K) freeze

I was not able to start MultiBeast without installing the system new...
Now the error is away, but my PC is just frezzing at the Apple Logo, without text...

Boot with flag -v and post a photo of the frozen screen.

The Computer just freeze without typing -v
After -v, the PC restart and the same is happening again...

Now, after this it´s restarting:

Clover is great, but now i have Problems to install the Alternate Graphics Driver for the GTX 970... Have you got a solution?
 
All is working fine now.
The Nvidia Driver are working now...
