Attempting to upgrade directly from Sierra to High Sierra

System running 10.12
GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3
i7 2600K

Steps:
1. Added APFS.efi to EFI/Clover/Drivers64UEFI/
2. Updated Clover to 5070
3. Started Install High Sierra app from App Store

After reboot, no bootable devices are listed in the Clover Boot Manager interface.

I've looked in the forums, and I've not found a similar issue as this.

Any suggestions on next steps is appreciated.

Hi there,

You could perhaps try following my guide here for tips on booting as I had an Asus Z68-VPRO (same chipset as yours) that ran on High Sierra.

For the missing bootable device, you could perhaps try apfsloader.efi instead and adding hfsplus.efi also to your EFI/Clover/drivers64UEFI section and also deleting your previous NVRAM settings in Clover. Simply go to NVRAM and deselect the Store NVRAM plist button, then reclick it.
