In that case yes, you would have to create your org.chameleon.Boot.plist yourself. And your smbios.plist.

Usually you use DSDT free/user DSDT to get a start on some of these files. And I guess you don't have a proper system definition either (smbios.plist)?

You might want to follow the guide a bit more carefully/closely.

If you have not first created an o.c.boot.plist, then selecting GE=NO to install does nothing - nowhere to install it.
Since you are not running MultiBeast to install all the needed files, you must do it yourself. So minimum steps to do:
1. create Extra folder in root
2. run MultiBeast and install fakesmc kext in S/L/E
3. run chameleon wizard to create/install smbios.plist
4. run chameleon wizard to install org.chameleon.boot.plist
5. run MultiBeast to install Chimera and a theme for Chimera

to get more function:
6. Run MultiBeast to install audio and networking kexts for your board.
7. Run MultiBeast to install fakesmc plugins and hardware monitor app
