The case comes with two 120mm fans. There is one at the bottom, and one on the back. I will be getting a GB GTX 650 Ti card in the future. I will also be mounting my hard drive and SSD somewhere... maybe on the bottom if I don't place fans down there.
It is always good to have incoming cool air moving over HDDs if possible. I would be tempted to go with the standard setup and see how your temps look with some real editing usage. That will tell you where you need to make changes if any. I would probably experiment with moving the rear case fan to the top of the case (heat rises - so it makes sense to use the top options.
Install HW Monitor & Fake SMC Plugins from MultiBeast/Drivers/Misc section and use these to monitor all temps.
