Changing Graphics Card to GTX 650 in Lion

I have been using a tiny little NVIDIA GeForce GT 210 with my CustoMac build for about a year, but its starting to die and I needed to upgrade anyhow. So I purchased a new MSI GTX 650 card, but am having trouble getting it to work. It goes to the apple logo, spins for a bit, then a grey sheet comes down and tells me to restart my computer in a couple languages. I tried GraphicsEnabler=No, but that didn't help.

Will this card work with Lion, or do I need to upgrade to Mountain Lion?

Also, I simply replaced one card for another, do I need to do a clean install for this new card to work?

I am having the same issue with the same card. After Looking at verbose more I was getting a panic for voodoo. I have reinstalled voodoo and nothing works. Any help would be appreciated.
