[RESOLVED] Case USB fail to function after updated to 10.9 Mavericks

As the title states, my case USB3.0 ports fail to work after the update, but the on-board USB3.0 ports work fine. What gives? I tried multiple devices and I get nothing, I don't think they are even getting power. Tried pulling a few flash drives, external hard drives (both USB3 and USB2), as well as my iPhone to charge and I get nothing.

Any ideas?

What kext are you using for USB3? If you're using GenericUSBXHCI, did you try updating to the latest?
