Cannot create UniBeast El Capitan USB using old Mac Mini

Hello! I am new to the hackintosh world so I don't understand everything yet. Here's my situation:

- I have a desktop PC which I would like to make into a Hackintosh. My specs are suitable.
- I am attempting to make the El Capitian USB drive (Unibeast) using an old Mac Mini.
- The Mac Mini I am using to create the UniBeast USB runs Snow Leapord, so won't run the UniBeast application for El Capitan.

What can I do to make the USB? Is there a manual installation I can do for UniBeast?
I don't know anyone else who has a Mac, or go to a school where they have Mac's. Ideally I would like to be able to sort it out from home

UniBeast runs on any machine that runs Snow Leopard or later.
