Graphics Card: Asus NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 1GB
Ram: 6GB DDR2 800MHz
Storage: Patriot Blaze 120GB SSD and 500GB Hard Drive
Monitor: LG FLATRON W1934S 1440x900 resolution

Might work with El Capitan or older, I don't think Sierra would be compatible with the 450...
