Do you use the LED slots of the mobo? Nothing is plugged in (from my case).

I have the same settings, but the leds are always on even when the computer is off.
I do not use led strips.

Why do my geekbench shows lower numbers even though I have same CPU and Motherboard? I have 16gb ram (2400) and a GTX 770

What is the OC frequencies of your build?

@yellocab in Power I have your own configurations, and in Leds in sleep, Hibernation, soft off is set to OFF.
Clover with darkwake=8, but the leds continue to stay on when the computer is off.

Very strange....
I have the rev 1.0 of the Mobo but I guess that you too.
So the only difference is my sound settings? WTF...I use AppleALC+Lilu+codeccommander.
I did not use unibeast/multineast. A real clean installation. No USB injection at all for the moment. I can post my config.plist tonite if you want. But you can be sure that my Led is off during sleep (best way for me to check it when i’m Not near the beast).

Edit: do you have a Internal USB port used (BT power for a combo card?) and in wich pci slot is plugged the combo card?
For my build I first used a small one (PCI slot): my WiFi was off and I could not switch off my PC. So I tried the last one and everything was fixed. Sorry for my poor english dude...
