Dear friends,

I have the Asus p8z77-v premium running El Capitan pretty well. Both my networks LAN are working great, but I can't say the same about WiFi and Bluetooth on board. Well, I don't need wifi, but I need any working Bluetooth. So, I bought USB Bluetooth dongle and it also doesn't work and I can't find any BT connections in sys prefs as well. I'm a newbie, I have no idea how to resolve this problem. Please, help me!

Go to your local supplier of parts you purchased everything else from and get a https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01D14PEAW/?tag=tonymacx86com-20

Remove the board from the case, remove the cover from the WiFi card behind the antenna connections, swap the old card with this card. Replace the cover, re-install the board in the case and hook everything back up again. See http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-airport-pcie-half-mini-v2.104850/ for getting it working 100%.

Thank your very much for your respond! Well, is there a less drastic and expensive method? For example to buy another bluetooth usb dongle? And I'm pretty sure it exists!

Thank you very much! I've bought this one: GMYLE Bluetooth 4.0 Dual Mode Micro USB Broadcom BCM20702 Adapter Dongle.
