Your screengrab only shows the disk-drives / SSD, not the USB ports on XHC or EH01/2

IORegistryExplorer does not let you make changes as such, only view the present state.

If you can't get the hang of IOReg' then run Hackintool instead and choose the USB tab at the top

i even downgraded to mojave to save trouble. i have another dongle csr 4.0. any would do.
link to kext needed pls.
