Blank Screen Problem when installing Sierra

I am following Sierra Desktop Guide and everything works fine expect this :

When i run installation from USB The Gray Screen comes after 15-20 Second Blank Screen Comes but again after 15-20 Second Installation screen comes with Gradient Background But not user interface, No Menu Nothing Just Blank.

What issue is this i never faced issue like this before.

i've had a similar issue, after booting get a grey screen, then a darker grey an only mouse on screen.
I had to disable integrated Intel graphic card (have a gtx 770 running on the machine) to finally get the installer window.

You can disable your internal graphic card when the computer boot at the BIOS settings.
