Big Sur Install - Bless failed with error num: 3

Hey guys, the installation of Big Sur gets down to about 11min and throws an error as seen in attached photos. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

I have tried clearing CMOS, installing on both APFS and MEJ and updating to latest version of clover and no luck.

Nope, just a blank SSD.

How did you create your installer USB ?

How did you download macOS ?

@liamo127... Were you ever able to resolve this? I'm seeing this same error with Monterey 12.1 installing on a blank Samsung 960 EVO SSD on my Skylake H170N-WIFI build. Issue happens both ways when drive is either formatted as HFS+ or APFS. My USB installer is a clean installer (i.e. no UniBeast) macOS Monterey stick booting with Clover 5143 UEFI booting. The error log from the installer is listed below.
