Audio Not Working after High Sierra Install [Solved]

Hello and I hope I am posting this in the right place (if not apologies).

I have just completed an install of High Sierra using Multibeast and for the most part everything is working. Except audio.

No devices are showing at all (see screenshot).

This is a clean install. I have tried searching on the forums and there is so much stuff about audio I am just overwhelmed so really hoping someone can point me in the right direction please.
