I've been using a Hackintosh that my husband built for me for years. Updated system software and a rebuild occurred maybe two years ago. Right now, however, I can't get the hackintosh to stay launched long enough to report more data and stats on it.

Shortly after launching, with all USB devices disconnected, the system freezes AND Internet traffic goes berzerk. Internet traffic will remain running full blast until I force quit the machine.

What can I do? It's utterly unusable in this state.

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you

Disable your network interface(s) in your BIOS settings while you troubleshoot the problem.
