Asus Z690 ProArt Creator WiFi (Thunderbolt 4) + i7-12700K + AMD RX 6800 XT

Anybody has issue with Adobe Lightroom CC with 12th Alder Lake hackintosh ? My built is working but I have problem with Lightroom CC, still working fine with PhotoShop CC. I don't know this is the problem with Alder Lake CPU or with my error building system? Please help.

Hi.
I also have a crash with Lightroom
Have you solved the problem?

Sorry for my English.

Hi @CaseySJ

I've solved the problem of HDD icons in Finder. At the end it was an extension of Finder to prevent the correct icon to show up, BetterZip namely.

But my Ventura has still some youth's problem: sleep!
this is my

What do you think? Monitor goes off but the machine is still on... and I'm not using either 10g connection or frontal usb-c port.
@CaseySJ Still on my sleep problems (see the quoted text above):

I have to say that putting the machine to sleep manually works perfectly. But auto-sleep is not working.

these my Power settings in Hackintool:

Anyone on this matter? TIA! :)

@CaseySJ Could this build be completed using an Asus ProArt Z790-CREATOR or Asus ROG Strix Z790-i Gaming WiFi mini-ITX board?
Yes, as follows:
  • ProArt Z670-Creator -- see Post 1 for build instructions and link to latest EFI
  • ROG Strix Z790-i Gaming WiFi -- see this post for instructions
These EFI folders should work with the Z790 chipset. The only issue is to determine which version of BIOS provides the best compatibility.

Does it help if you set Settings --> Energy Saver --> Wait for network access --> Disabled?

Never used that setting:

Basically I've not changed anything since my upgrade from Monterey, when everything was working properly.

Hey @CaseySJ, Are you still on this mobo and cpu combo? How about Thunderbolt and Ventura...

Yea I’m still on this board and Alder Lake and Ventura. Thunderbolt behaves the same as it did on Monterey, which is to say not as good as Titan Ridge, but workable.
