Sorry, I don't think hda-verb will help to resolve the issue, because the bat command results are exactly the same for 'Cold Start' and 'Restart from Win'. I have already compare one by one of the node dump.

I don't know what you mean by "bat command results".
I don't see where you showed the output, nor any details on what exactly you did.
