Why not follow the guides here? Clover is a great option for this board..

Not wise to share a EFI folder unless the hardware is an exact duplicate.

After successful install OS X don't boot. Only with -x flag. I use config.plist for Nvidia. And i have error when try install Clover in safe mode. Can you help me?

P.S. Really wait fot your instruction for Z87 mATX Motherboards and OSX.

I have just ordered and going to study Clover now.

  • GRYPHON Z87 (C2)
  • G.Skill DIMM 32 GB DDR3-1866 Quad-Kit, (F3-1866C9Q-32GXM, RipjawsX-Serie)

I am going to use these parts in conjunction with a MSI Geforce GTX780 ti

The parts will arrive here on Monday and I am very excited if I finally can run 32GB Ram without those freezers which are experienced with z87 Gigabyte Boards.

Hi!

I am wondering if anyone has a solution to my troubles getting sleep working?

Whenever I put the system to sleep it seems to try to start up again a couple of times then reboots..

This behaviour is also the same in windows 8...

I am using Clover and Nvidia webDrivers.

Any help Would be Greatly Appreciated :)

Have you tried to disable wakeup on lan ?

Yes I have switched of wol in the bios.

I am using a PCI wireless card anyway. Don't know if that might cause any issues.

For anyone who isn't aware, bios update 2103 for this board adds the cfg lock option, which means you can now have it MSR unlocked.

Installation using chimera can now be done without having to install to the EFI partition.

Nice and easy setup now!
