Are config.plist files from a Mac useable in Windows?

Hi I am trying to get my USB boot drive happening in Windows and at the stage where I need to use a config.plist file. I have a config.plist file from a Mac and wondering if I can use that in Windows. Are they cross platform compatible?

A config.plist file is the configuration used by the Clover boot loader. Generally that is initially created by UniBeast for the installer USB.

Please explain what you are trying to do.

I am trying to install Catalina on my PC within the Windows environment following an online video but the person explaining the procedure said he is using a different motherboard (Ryzen) to what I have and wondered if the config.plist file would be any different for my Z390 Designare one. I have a config.plist file on my Mac that was in an EFI folder.
