Ok, verified my theory - you need two active adapters with this card (not one). I purchased one of the ATI certified active adapters as my second one. This is probably the better way to go than getting the Sapphire adapter I linked before.

Accell B087B-006B: http://www.amazon.com/Accell-B087B-006B ... 004071ZXA/

Now running three DVI monitors, two of them using active adapters, the third is a 30" dual link DVI connected directly to the DVI port. Hope this helps someone in the same boat.

Here is a list of other certified active adapters, I recommend purchasing from this list: http://support.amd.com/us/eyefinity/Pag ... ngles.aspx

Hello leanspy,

Am I right in assuming that you have connected 1 x Sapphire- and 1 x Accell-Adapter installed at the moment? What OS X version are you running at the moment? And what bootlist entrys? Any other graphics kext modifications made?

Is there something wrong with the Sapphire-adapter? My problem here in germany is, that an Accell-Adapter is hard to find and twice expensive than the Sapphire model (you have the new one connected - without USB connector, right?)

Sorry for my many questions but i am trying here to connect three 24" DVI displays for some days and tested many cards and adapters. I tested an XFX 5770, a XFX 6850, two NVIDIA 9800GT with many different results. 2 Displays were never a problem. Trying three makes me becoming :banghead:
