Apple Cinema display cheap

Hey guys, I'm in the middle of my first hackintosh build.
I was looking at the CinemaView monitor

It doesn't say anywhere on the site (at least nowhere I could find) about whether I could attach this to a desktop, in this case hackintosh

It says it has 4 USB 2.0 ports, Mini DisplayPort and a power cable

Does anyone know if this would work with my hackintosh (parts in his link http://www.tonymacx86.com/desktop-compatibility/105644-first-build.html)

If you have Mini-displayport, which you do not have in your parts list.

You can buy a converter but some of the good ones are not cheap and the cheap ones are mostly crap lol

What would I need to convert the Mini DisplayPort to (USB, thunderbolt, etc)
