Annoying problem: Windows lags until i eject mavericks installed SSD!!

Hi. I have installed Mavericks on my 128gb SSD and it is working fine with no problems. But when i switch back to windows (windows 8) It starts to lag after a minute or two and this happenes untill i eject the ssd from drivers and printers. Moving the mouse gets too hard, it's like it drops to 1 fps. And sound gets distorted meaning it buzzes synced to my mouse movement. This issue was happening when i was using Mountain Lion too.

My windows installation is on a 1tb HDD.
My specs;
-CPU: i5 760 @2.8ghz
-MB: ASUS P7P55D-E PRO
-RAM: 8gb @1333mhz
-GPU: nvidia 660ti
