AirPlay with Nvidia card

Hello Folks.

I use Nvidia 1060/3gb video card.
No Airplay options in display system preferences.
Please advice me how to turn on Airplay capabilities.

I have desktop dell 9020
built in hd 4600 no HDMI outlet only vga and display port
I am using Nvidia Gt730 2 GB which is working perfect and I can not use both at same time as my bios not allow
I can airplay YouTube videos to my apple tv4 and working perfect
I have Tp usb wifi and ethernet no bluetooth
my system Catalina 10.15.5
my Nvidia card has Dvito vga outlet
only airplay give black screen on apple tv4

how to fix this problem
also If I want to purchase graphic card what your advise and also if any more hardware required , please advise to get airplay work properly
