4K@60hz hackintosh : how to choose card and screen ?

I want to build a usable 4K@60hz hackintosh (10.9.x / maybe 10.10)
my preoccupation is about the screen and the graphic card to use

which graphic card and 4K@60 screen do you recommend ?


is a GTX 760 2go (with DP cable) could run an AOC 28" LED - u2868Pqu 3840x2160@60 Hz ?
(and this will drive a HiDpi 1440p or better ?)
