I just updated to 12.0.1 with no issues, and it appears that some of the updated KEXT files are causing the problem.

Does anyone have a recommendation on how to resolve the crash? This is happening in Safari, Firefox, mail.

I have attached the OC v0.7.4 config.plist from my machine for comparison. In fact, you could almost use it with just a few modifications, by replacing the '#REDACTED' strings with your information:

PlatformInfo -> Generic -> MLB
PlatformInfo -> Generic -> SystemSerialNumber
PlatformInfo -> Generic -> SystemUUID

change
Misc -> Security -> ScanPolicy to 0

...and also:
Misc -> Boot -> PickerVariant: Acidanthera\GoldenGate
to whatever theme you use.

You have the same hardware combination, so this config.plist should be easy enough to adapt to your needs. There may still be more edits to make, depending on other hardware you may have.

Update: Sorry, I missed the part where you mentioned Safari/Firefox, etc., and I thought that you were unable to boot. My mistake. The config may still be useful for comparison, though.

Cheers.

Thank you for the reply. I will do a compare in a bit but before it crashes again here is my Config.

Also I am using an M.2 860

Please clarify ...

11.6.1 is the latest Big Sur update, not Monterey.

What do you need help with ?

21A559 in your crash report is Monterey 12.0.1 ...

Just while I see it, you don't need FakePCIID and FakPCIID_Intel_i225-v.kext. Disable those and add `dk.e1000=0` to your boot-args. Network should work as expected after a reboot.

I'll have a closer look at you config.plist in a little while.

You have your usbmap.kext in place, and XhciPortLimit disabled, but you should also disable USBInjectAll.kext.

Do you actually have a Broadcom card of some kind connected?

I apologize for the misleading header that was my mistake. I changed it.

I do have my usbmap.kext in place.

I have a broadcom card as well.

I am still getting a random crash when the computer is going to sleep I think. Here is the recent crash report.
