How can I find my driver compatible kernel flag list ? And after that how can I install something to avoid using kernel flag for next boot !

Boot without safe mode (eg. the flags I previously provided). If it does not work, post photo of where it stops.

Boot without -x Commnad just turn monitor to black screen !
it's not working any more with command that used to worked !

now after loading just monitor is ON but there is no display ! but system is on !

Do you have Radeon disabled in BIOS? You might try removing the radeon kexts: AMD*, ATI*.

there is no Radeon Setting in Bios !
and there is no kext file with AMD or ATI Suffix in Extra folder

Kexts live in /System/Library/Extensions, not /Extra.

i removed these folders from my usb flash and boot ed again i just see a black screen
the flag that i used are these
IGPlatformID=01660004 IGPEnabler=Y GraphicsEnabler=N -v dart=0
AND
IGPlatformID=01660009 IGPEnabler=Y GraphicsEnabler=N -v dart=0
it does not work
