I got a similar kp message (i didn't get the tc.tctechnologies part).

in the bios I set the HDA controller front panel type to AC97 instead of HDA.
Then I got rid or this message.

I don't know if it works for you too...

is that solution work? because i can't use my sound card....same KP screen, with connect 24D

I am having the EXACT same issue when I updated my Saffire interface driver. I can't find anything in my BIOS for an HDA controller. Have you had any luck with this?

I am having pretty much the same problem, I had to boot into Windows 7 and go into my Lion Drive and delete the FireWire.kext from my Presonus FireStudio Project. I don't understand why this has such a big affect after updating to Lion. It works under Lion on my MacBook Pro just fine. I also have Voodoo Installed for the onboard sound when not using the FireStudio.

I have problems with my Focusrite Saffire LE too...

System hangs, can't boot once in a while...

no kernel panic tho... just freezing, crashing and frustration.

Anyone has a solution?

TO EVERYONE WITH FIREWIRE ISSUES!

I will go buy a Firewire PCI Controler today,
As mentionned in other threads, TI (Texas Instruments) Is the most compatible firewire controller with apple...

Will let you all know if this is what resolved my issue then :)
