    i7 950, UD-5, Gigabyte HD5770 silent, SSD, newest combo

If I can make a suggestion, try out the scythe mugen cpu fan. It's huge, but really quiet! As for the ud3r vs ud5 I went with the 3r because i couldn't find a reason to use the second LAN and sli isn't supported so that won't make a big difference. And with the mugen the cooling isn't a problem...

Well thats what i want to do is use 64 bit, but for some reason i am having a hell of a time getting the gfx card running. every time i set graphics enabler=yes, the system kinda freaks out if i install the gtx 285 mac drivers. new video editing hackintosh

yeah i figure since im still pretty new at this i can start out with smaller stuff, and work my way up. For now i think 6 will be enough and if not ill add another 6 and work from there. besides since a hackintosh cant support 64 bit fully yet, the programs wont fully use over 4 gigs right? As...

yeah i guess that doesnt make a whole lot of sense... sorry! haha i was half asleep when i wrote it. What i meant to say is... while i would like to keep the install vanilla (working right out of the box, correct?) i am willing to do some coding or hacking if i have to. does that make more sense?
