Working fine on 10.7.3 here -
Gigabyte GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3, Core i5-2500k,Nvidia 8400gs, Apogee Duet USB
I had to edit NVDANV50Hal.kext, repair perms and rebuild kernel cache.

I went from 10.6.7 to 10.7.2 on my daughters Hackintosh and all is well. I lost sound after using MB Extension Migration tool and had to UsekernelCache=no to get it back. I tried Onyx cache removal, removing all system and user caches as well as manually doing it with no luck. I reinstalled...
MB 4.02 working fine so far.
Installed Chimera v1.5.4 r1394 rebooted
Installed Extension migration tool - DRAMATICALLY IMPROVED BOOT TIMES as expected with caching...WAY TO GO TONY AND CREW!!!
Ok so far on my Hack. Overwrote my video settings in system/library/extensions/NVDANV50Hal.kext/contents/info.plist though and came back up at only 1024x768 until I put them back.

I can't boot into Lion without this. I did not need it for SL. What does it do exactly? Also, regarding command line Chimera boot parameters.....It appears that they all take effect when I boot. for example, I have arch=i386 in Boot.plist but have booted command line with npci=0x2000...
I have a Quad Core Q9550 CPU and it reports as a Xeon. I recall reading that someone else had this problem awhile back and made an entry to Extra/smbios.plist???
I've searched but can't find anything...maybe it was another forum...anyways please chime in. Thanks!

Press and hold the shift key when the grey apple loading screen starts. I think the KEXT you want to remove is the VoodooHDA.kext. If you used the voodoo installer though there is an uninstall. voodooHDA-uninstall
I believe multi beast uses the installer so its worth a try.
