Hi all,
Wondering if anyone has seen this issue before. My cursor started jumping to a fixed position every say 10 seconds, then all of a sudden just gets stuck in that position and any attempt to move it does nothing and the cursor reverts to the same fixed position.
Here is a short...
Hey I have the same monitor.
The solution was to change the Display Profile of the display in System Preferences > Displays > Color
I found the best colour profile to be sRGB (sRGB IEC61966-2.1)
Now everything looks immaculate and stunning.
Hope that helps.
I am in the exact same situation. A month ago I wiped windows and now only using macOS. I also run a business. I have definitely been much more productive. The only heartbreaking thing is not making full use of the GTX980 I bought for $1,000+ here, and also GTAV and Squad which I only got...
No issues so far, it's looking good, but I have spoken too soon before. You're right, less is more. I wish mac supported and ran windows games just as well, I would have no need to dual boot.
That sounds really promising. I have removed "GenericUSBXHCI.kext" and rebooted. Will report back if this solves the issue. If it does, hopefully this can help somebody else in the future.
If anybody understands why this would work, and what was happening, can you please explain it so we can...
Did you ever figure out a solution to this? I have the exact same problem currently.
I am running the latest version of OSX, i7 6700k, Scarlett 2i2.
Things start to mess up when I run Logic.
Would like to know if you figured anything out, or also if you gave up and switched audio interfaces, or...
Did you ever find a solution? I have exactly the same problem with my 2i2. If you didn't find a solution what did you do then? Did you change to a different USB audio interface?
Would appreciate any information. Thanks.
Thanks a lot for that information.
Can I ask, did you experience distortion or garbled audio at any point, and the method you describe fixed it for you?
Thanks for that. Any idea why my Scarlett 2i2 audio interface would start distorting after a while?
Unplugging the USB cable and plugging it back in does a "reset" and everything works fine again for a time.
In the Audio Midi Setup app, selecting a different Format Hz does the same reset for...
Is it ok that the USB 2.0 Hub is nested?
Does the screenshot attached of my System report > USB section look right?
I get seemingly random distortion out of my speakers. I am using a Scarlett 2i2 USB audio interface.
Others report it working fine with no issues.
All fixed now. I'm not sure what I missed in the months before where I had this issue, but the settings I used above in Multibeast fixed the issue and now everything is working perfectly.
Thanks.
System Specs:
GA-Z170-D3H
i7 6700k
16GB DDR4
MacOS Sierra 10.12.3 (16D32)
17,1 System Definition
I am using a 1st Generation Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 USB Audio Interface.
Audio works flawlessly on boot up, but will slowly degrade / distort over time.
Please find linked an example of the audio...
Did you find a solution to this problem?
I am running El Capitan 10.11.6, Logic Pro X 10.2.4.
Still getting crackled, degrading audio. When I toggle the Format: in the Audio MIDI Setup utility, the audio returns to normal.
Audio is fine indefinitely if I do not run Logic Pro X. As soon as a...
