How I can know to which frame buffer my display is connected to?!! I mean @0 or @1 or so on .. and is it always @0 refers to LVDS and @1 refers to DVI or HDMI ... :)

You removed "FakeID" for Intel HD 4000?! now actually the Apple Logo screen just loading and loading and then freeze after maybe 4 min and doesn't boot ... so I rebooted again and went to Graphic Unit and set FakeID for Intel HD 4000 then it booted again ... !!!!

hmm because what I know is you can't boot GPT in legacy bios ... ya?!! and if not then I agree to boot in legacy bios with any boot loader but how? :)
