Yes, I did. But I will check it again. I'm going to reset the BIOS to factory and redo the recommended settings. I was a bit suspicious of my BIOS but it (still) does run Mojave perfectly well.

Total success! I bought a Sapphire AMD 570 Graphics card and swapped out the GTX 780. Ventura fired right up. No issues. Kit is as per my sig. Thanks to those on this thread that supported me.
