Just an update. After 2 further opencore creation failures on the third attempt I managed to successfully boot into my 10.13.6 All I have to do now is backtrace and see where I had gone wrong.

I use a matching pair of Synology DS414's. Had them for a few years now and find them faultless. I dream of having a NAS with copy speeds faster that you can count the bytes, but speed is not important for what I use them for.

Just about to bury my face in the trough, but thought I should post that I have cured the problem with booting into Window$ 10 by enabling "SyncRuntimePermissions". Problem solved. Many thanks Archie :D

Managed to download it this morning. Installation went perfectly. Using OC 0.6.3

I started from scratch againyesterday morning. Formatted both M.2's, and performed clean installs of both Catalina and Windows 10. Assembled a new Opencore (0.6.1) and STILL THE SAME, when I select to boot into Windows from Opencore all it will do is take me to the "Recovery" screen, but boots...

Right. Yesterday morning I started from scratch, assembling the files and creating a new pair of SSDT's and new config. Not a blind bit of diference. Researching that Windows error (in attached image) I see it appears when Windows thinks there are missing files or corruption in those files...

Watching this with bated breath....... In the meantime I intend to go through the set-up from the ground up, which could serve two purposes, I may fix the problem, and I'll also educate myself while doing so.

I run a dual boot system, Catalina and Windows 10. Using Clover I had no problem booting to either system, but using Opencore I am currently only able to boot into Mac. I can still boot into Windows from BIOS menu but when I click on the Windows Icon in Opencanopy all I get is a message that...

I'm in my seventies now, so I think looking too far forward for me is a little pointless. Happy to keep my systems as they are, working perfectly and comfortably.

Yes and no. I now use an external DAC and using this has eliminated the issue (though only because I bypass the CA0132). Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
