Hey guys, Im going to buy a new laptop and the most recent laptops are almost all shipped with Windows 8, wich means they have secrure boot activated. My question: am i able to deactivate the secure boot feature, so i can install win 7 and hackintosh on every laptop? thank you Peter

Thank you guys but Im really looking for a windows laptop on which i can play keynote-presentations in school, not much more, it will be running windows most time so macbook wouldnt be so good :D for work on Mac OS i have my gigabyte hack pro at home :)

Well then lion or mountain lion are very fine for me too, I just thought it would be easier if its just 10.6.8 but I forgot to check if intel HD4000 graphics work with it :D I just need a good notebook with Mac OS compatibility :)

no bootloader work... i tried maybe 20 times with multibeast, sometimes easybeast, sometimes customDSDT but always when i boot from my hdd ther comes the "You have restart your computer..." message... :(

doesnt work :( charmeleon dont work, chimera dont work, only iBoot... is there a way to delete the installed bootloader, make another partition and backup iBoot to this partition to boot from there??

Hey Guys, now my Hackintosh is running on 10.6.7 but if I click "about this mac" it says "2 GHz Intel core i5". I have an Intel i5, but the 750 with 2,67 Ghz not 2,0. P.S: it was the same with 10.6.6 :banghead: any suggestions?? thanks in advance peter
