    In general, it's is better to install the ML without the card and after you get the system working well, try to make the card works. This is a good way to eliminate problems or, at least, to not create problems.

    No, it doesn't. To show the correct clock you have to edit the mac profile.

    Nope. The "About this Mac" is just cosmetic. It doesn't show the real speed. If you search the forum you'll find risky ways to change the values to show the OC. IMO, It doesn't worth the risk. I'm not sure but If I remember, the "about this mac" gets the information from the system...

    Because my system is overclocked to 4.7Ghz and memory from 1600 to 2100Mhz.

    Your system is working. Use the DVI port. I tried at home and if I use the VGA or HDMI port, I got the same problem. If I change to DVI, everything works.

    Good to know it's working. Is your XFX 6870 fully working? My Sapphire 5750 is not working. Tried every frambuffer and none of them activated the hardware acceleration!

    All USB Ports on the back panel and front panel are working. But the USB 3.0 ports don't support mass storage devices. Don't know why. The mass storages show up in BIOS but ML doesn't mount. On the other hand, the transceiver of my MS Wireless keyboard is seen on all over USB Ports and work...

    Thanks OzBrit. Good to know that my guide helped you. To get 14100, I overclocked my machine from 3.40Ghz to 4.6Ghz. And memory from 1600Mhz to 2140Mhz. You can try it setting the baseclock to 107 and multiplier to 43. For the memory, start at 1600 or something till the maximum stable...

    Have no idea. I know OSX ignores the amount of VRAM and always use the maximum. I don't have windows in this machine. If you try, let me know what you got.

    Yes. I forgot a simple but important detail. You have to change some settings in the BIOS. Go to the Advanced Mode and set the onboard GPU to iGPU and 32MB of VRAM.
