Solved my issue by installing the NullCPUPowerManagement kext and rebooting. I'm now seeing 15180.

Can anyone link to a copy of NullCPUPowerManagement?

EDIT: Sorry, I'm dumb, it's right there in MultiBeast. haha. Is there any need to install that .kext on a Z77-DS3H?

After clean install of Mountain Lion, I got 13200 in geekbecnh, then I installed NullCPUPowerManagement, but it didn't helped me, so I Used MultiBeast 4.6.1 to install AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement 10.7.4 Ivy Bridge I also installed SSDT, and to be sure that NullCPUPowerManagement was deleted went into S/L/E it was still there, so I deleted it. Restarted the system, then got 15020 in geekbench.

Btw, I'm not using DSDT. I'm also using patched BIOS by Samisnake

My system:
i7 3770
ASRock Z77 Extreme 6
8GB

Cheers :)
