Try without DSDT and for start Easybeast only if it works add audio and etc.

As far as I know 7870 and 7850 works fine in MacPro so they also work in that scenario.

Hmm strange ... error 11 is very common but is not factor at this time, I guess something related to usb kexts or just strange sequence of events, at least You can try to re-install lion or update multibeast install which motherboard do You use ?

Try different USB port ? maybe the problem is on the iPod side, it works under windows ?

Do You have any USB 3.0 kexts under OSX i found some kexts but Asmedia controller ( i have that one on my mobo ) allows only to charge ipod but other usb stuff works just fine thumb drives etc. I think that Asmedia controller is the main source of problem maybe in the future better usb kexts...

I have the same issue like You but with iPod Touch 4Gen on Asus z68 board, after connection in system properties it shows iPod correctly but in iTunes nothing after ~10 mins only comes with error with connection. So jailbreak is not a problem / my ipod is not jailbroken.

For my n00b eye look's like just only CPU error some users recommend to boot with specific busratio but as far as I know that works very rare. I don't have such error at boot everything what I can help at this time are "CPU" kext's wich i found for SB place them in Extra/Extensions and prey :)

For audio use VoodooHDA from MultiBeast after boot go to preferences panel and mute gain ( no noise because it's monitoring line-in all the time ) and check SSE2

Ok try to boot with "-v -x" flags it will show at which system gets KP, if now screen changes colours i bet that issue is with graphics but im not 100% sure :)
