Yeah, I read thru that , tried installing it, but same problem. Guess I can try to find the original kexts you mentioned, install them, then install the toledo kext again? Any idea where I can get the original unmodified kexts for 10.8.5?

I used Unibeast and made it using a Snow Leopard installation. Once it made, you can use it for a clean install without any other OSX install partition.
